Stuck rear shackle bolt.

I'm doin my leaf springs and I'm trying to get the rear shackle bolt out not the leaf spring bolt the shackle that connects the leaf spring to the frame. Won't come out its like fused to the metal sleeve in the bushing

Extra spring up front leveled, 4 in turbo back to 6 in tip, 6637, glow shift gauges, dp tuner, kicker speakers, alpine head unit and amp, kicker sub, extang tonneau, bedliner bumpers grill, flares, and rockers, 33in toyo mt, 18in xd monsters, 05 Harley lights, recon tails and line of fire, 20% tint

I took it to spring shop I was trying to get that bolt cut for hours and the guy just cut it in 2 seconds

get factory bolts for reinstall. If I remember correct, they need to be exactly that diamater. Its not quite standard, If its loose it can cause a knocking sound

I've cut the head off the bolts and stacked washers and bushings under the nut and used them as a puller.
