Zf6 swap done, anyone keep the ESOF t-case?

Well I finished my swap 2 weeks ago. Best thing I've done yet Can't wait to tow the boat now lol

Decided to keep the electronic t-case, Since it is a Lariat 4x4 works but not 4 low. Which makes sense cause the computer thinks its in park haha.

Has anyone figured out the wiring for it yet? I'll be starting to figure it out soon but I'd be nice to not mess anything up in the process

Any insight would be awesome!

If u already know this disregaurd, but i have 2 friends who thought 4 low was broken with a 6 spd. i have a 6sp and to get it in 4low u have to be in gear with the clutch in and brake on for a couple seconds then it engauges. Not sure what u had to do with an auto before...... maybe ur right and the computer thinks its in park. just double check the cheap and simple first

In an automatic, you're supposed to be in neutral. Is there a way to put the transmission range sensor in neutral?

That's what I have to figure out now. It thinks its in park right now but I don't know which wires I need to connect to make it think it's in neutral.

I was hoping someone did all the hard work and made it work but it's looking like that's going to be me hahaha

I'm going to wait till my PHP FU shows up first before I start more wiring. Never know that might work!

Thanks guys!

Oh really?! I'll have to do that, thanks! Oddly enough my cruise control works with my swap haha. Didn't have to do any wiring for that.

Spent a few hours today trying to figure it out with no luck... But it's not bad, 4 low is the only thing that didn't work

I'll PM him tonight, thanks!!
