09 wheels on my 02

Now I know that the 05 and up have wider axles so the backspacing is less, but the problem is that they rub with wide tires right? I found a good deal on some 09 wheels with some 33x10.50s. My question is because they are narrow tires, will yet still rub, or will I need to buy wheel spacers anyway??
