Seen online map sensor mod how does it affect your truck and how do you do it

It'd help if you said what map mod you are talking about. A lot of knowledgeable guys here but we aren't good with vague descriptions.

Sold 2001 f250 ccsb 4x4 400/400, dual terminators, swamps 80mm bfh, headers, bts and all the usual supporting mods. 715hp fuel only.

Thanks guys sounds like a good way cuz im push more boost than stock and well it defuels so sounds like a good cheap way
