how much is my truck worth

ok so im thinking on selling my truck but i cant really get a good idea on the price. kbb says about 12k but guys are asking 16k for almost the same truck. in the same turn guys are asking 8k. just want some more input i guess.

01 f-250 CCSB XLT 4x4 208k, ts 6 pos chip, trubo back with 5in tip, 2in level with 35 toyo M/T. my truck does have a few dings and scraches. i would say its between fair and good condition over all.

the driver side door is a few shads lighter than the rest of the truck. so its has been repainted at some point.

Honestly think you could get 12 full kbb value of the truck is clean inside for sure plus all the upgrades so id give 12 my pic is of mine only paid 10 for it with 110,000 when bout it

Looks like 10k-12k to me, but I would want to see a maintenance log. Anything been replaced yet? Front unibearings?, transmission? locking hubs? At 200k miles if none of the listed has been replaced I would say 10k, if all has been replaced I would say 12k. Just my 2 cents.
