G.E.M A/C dioad and shift on the fly 1 and 2 questions..

ok i will start out with shift on the fly one and two. My question is does anyone know the exact size relay that goes in them? i need to get them from ford so they are the correct ones. they cant give me the right ones if i dont know which is the right ones. now does that make sense?

Now for the G.E.M is there any connection between it and the A/C dioad? the dioad burnt up in the relay box and now i need to replace it. I bought the truck like that. but its cool we are fixing stuff little by little.
