depends on how big its modded, and psi aint everything, boost is a measure of restriction, not volume. 35 to 40 dependin on nozzles and tunin and whether or not your hpop can keep up. also the air dog is not a fuel system. stock fuel system with a regulated return will flow enough for 160's air dog is junk

What's a better choice than Air Dog? I ask about psi because I don't want to make too much and start breaking stuff, but I also don't want a 38R. I'm not looking for huge numbers after the mods.

If you don't want to make too much then regulate it. That's a guarantee

What do you have against a 38r? Its the only drop in for your truck, everything else will have a new mount and the cost will be like double. Im runnin at over 450 horse with stock head bolts, val e springs, and fuel pump.

I've got nothing against the 38r, I just wanted something different. Touche. I was actually tossed between the 38r & Hypermax. Think I'm gonna go with the 38r.
