f250 #19 fuse keeps blowing

i have a 2000 f250 and the #19 fuse keeps blowing. any ideas???

fuel heater is shorted in filter housing

you can just unplug it and wont hurt anything , unplug the white connector on the back side of the fuel filter housing

thanks! i live in nc.......stupid question, but if it gets cold will i need the fuel heater. I obviously don't know anything about my truck. It's been a while since the glow plugs were replaced, can that also have anything to do with it? Thanks sooooooo much for your time!

dont need it , has nothing to do with glow plugs , and by the way , if you live in nc , where are you from and wanted to let you know about the meet and greet we are having in winston salem at my shop , on nov the 10th
