and whats up with the front bumper

The front bumber looks odd, almost like they spaced it out to clear the tires or something. Best scenario is it has a winch under the license plate.

It appears to have a K&N warning sticker on the air box. I would check into that and make sure it didn't suck any air around the filter into the tube, even pull the tube off of the turbo and have a look at the blades.

The bumper was spaced out like that for a winch. If its in good shape and checks out good, I'd say that's a good price.

That seems like a ok price for what's in it. I bought mine 3 yrs ago for 7700 had 186,000 on it and came with a brand new hd plow. But it needed a tailgate and cab corners. And it was completely stock. Hehe I sold the plow so I only paid 5 for the truck hehehehe it was also only in new England for 4 years do the frame was mint. Everyone says I stole it for that price.

I would offer him 9 and make sure the tranny is good cuz lifts and trannys on out trucks don't go well unless it's built,

Is it chipped ?
