I'm running 4" turbo back with no muffler. It's quiet with the windows up and you can hear the turbo singing from the drivers seat.

from the outside it sounds a lot like a v8 truck on acceleration.

I like straight pipe also.
Wouldn't mind reading opinions on the size though....

I was told by fairly knowledgeable people that anything over a 3.5" pipe doesn't have any improvements, seen as the turbo outlet is only 3.5". So anything over that would be preference. As far as 4" to 5", i'm sure they sound a little bit different, the bigger pipe having more room to resonate. So it is really up to you, do you like the idea of having a larger looking pipe? Or do you want to save a little bit of money and go with a 4"(still large) lol

My 5" straight pipe is a lot deeper with more "rumble" than my buddies 4" straight pipe.

He says he wishes he would have went with the 5".

I couldn't be happier with my decision to.

Exactly, my buddy and I ordered our exhaust on the same day, he got a 4" with muffler, i got a 5" straight pipe. I think he will regret his decisions
