Plug on turbo pedestal

I have a 2002 F-350 7.3 and noticed a plug on the pedestal that wasnt plugged in. Can someone tell me what its for ? I plugged it back in but havent started it b/c i have to pull the oil pan and replace the pickup tube.

Its not EBPS its EBPV. It disables the EBPV, and can improve performance in cold weather.
