Pioneer App Radio Install Questions

So I just purchased a new Pioneer AppRadio from Best Buy for 50% off!! I have been considering one for awhile and at that price I had to make moves.

Anyway, the install looks pretty straight forward and my truck already has an aftermarket CD dash. Since it already has an aftermarket cd player does that mean I won't need to use another receiver wire harness?

Also, do I need the In-Dash receiver kit such as this one Ford In-Dash Receiver Kit Fits select 1995-2011 Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, and Mazda vehicles — double-DIN at Crutchfield.com to make it look clean?

If anyone has pictures of the Pioneer AppRadio installed in their 99-04 dash and willing to upload them that would be GREATLY appreciated. I am excited for the new radio and want to make sure it is installed correctly and looks clean.

Here is the link to best buy if anyone else has been considering, hard to argue with 50% off haha.

App Radio for Ford F-250

Same deal with me. I just bought one at Best Buy for less than half off. I cannot find much online regarding installation. I ordered a harness and the mounting brackets from crutchfield. I also saw video on how to install relay to bypass eBrake option. I'm being told that I need to somehow modify my dash or the metal brackets behind my stock deck. I have a 2001 Ford F-250 Super Duty Crew Cab. Any pictures and tips you could send would be most appreciated! Russ

Regarding the wire harness.. you will just have to check which connections are already installed. Hopefully the aftermarket one that you have in will have the same connections as your new pioneer but the only way is to rip that baby out.

About the receiver kit I really don't know. I'm putting in a standard pioneer cd player and using one of the scosche kits.
