Any DIT 7.3 will last forever with good maint. I bought mine with 153,000 miles on it. Its a 96 and one of our vendors at work has a 96 with 450,000 miles. He drives 200-300 miles a day delivering supplies and told me they only change oil every 7500-8000 miles. As for price that sounds good for my area.
OBS 7.3's clean with low miles can bring 15k here. I paid 11,900 for mine. I say get it.

sounds like a good deal I would go for it!! especially with the 6-speed.

Back in '03 I paid $14,500 for mine with 154,000 miles. Now I have 230,000 with very little problems except for CPS, ICP, and the like. Just sensors. Still runs like a raped ape!

I've been looking for a truck exactly like that for about 4 months now and I know I'd pay 15K for it. Good thing it doesn't have leather, that Texas heat can do some crazy things to leather from what I've witnessed while being down there for a few months. Good luck if you purchase this truck!
