Question Boost help

I have an 03 f250 and ever since i installed my edge insight i have not been able to see more than 13 lbs of boost even after i installed my pheonix chip. I've checked all the clamps and one was broke so i replaced it and still don't see more than 13 when i floor it. any suggestions on how to fix this and it is the stock turbo. thanks

how are your up pipe donuts? i gained some boost back when i replaced all of my pipe hoses, the stockers were obviously leaking.... try unplugging your wastegate actuator hose, or maybe the wastegate spring is weak.

I can see 23-24 on WOT in the 100 tune from PHP...I have not done anything to wastegate, or replaced my up - pipe gaskets. Are you sure your guage is installed correctly? I'm not sure how yours works, but on mine, there is a small hose that runs from where it is plugged in to my guage. Make sure it isn't pinched and has a clear path.
