Anyone have an idea what this noise is under load?

http://static.photobucket.com/player...2189776835.mp4

Hope you can hear it. It is a whining, howling noise in the background. It changes based on the rpms. I don't hear it under 1000 or over 2000 rpm. Any ideas?
Is the anything under the hood that would make that sound?

@ toms01psd, I think you are right man. lol i watched a couple other videos of some other trucks and the noise is the same. I switched to a cowl induction hood a couple weeks ago and it has no insulation inside and is raised higher for the cowl. I think I just hear things I never heard before when the insulation was there thanks for the input though man!

Yeah we decided that it is just the turbo making noise that the stock hood and insulation covered up. Doesnt bother me anymore. I have a 1.0 A/R exhaust housing, WW, non ebpv pedistal and 4 inch downpipe on the way...so its just going to get even louder
