keyless entry help!

Hey guys, I have a e99 f250 with power locks. I also have a factory ford keyless entry pad that caem with the truck when i bought it used. The guy I bought it from said he could never program it. I have got on here and followed the instructions as well and it wont cycle the locks. Is there a module or something that I can buy to make it work so that I will have keyless entry on my truck or do I have to buy an aftermarket setup?

yes they work fine. Just want to add the keyless option

I bought a keyless entry remote cause my original one went swimming. Cycle the key on and off 8 times within 10 seconds, on the 8th time, leave the key on, and press the lock button on your door.. it should lock then unlock all doors. After that press any button on your clicker. Should be programmed..

Unless your truck didn't originally come with keyless entry?
