Alright guys, im sure that there are a few of you guys running the scangauge2 that can be bought from autozone for $160.00.

The crew on the 6.0 has an awesome thread started posting important xgauge codes so they can monitor certain parameters. So I figured I would start a thread so our trucks could get some love. I just picked mine up today, again..

Ford Specific X-Gauges

Has EOT, ICP, IPR, Boost, EBP, IAT etc...

In my 02, here are the ones I know work. (Going from memory so this may not be all of them)

All of the ones in the 7.3 section from Scangauge's website.
EOT * This one is a bit weird, and there appears to be at least 3 ranges, where the temp will go up to 255 and then down to I think 127. As I understand it, only the one in the warm engine range gives a correct reading.
MAP * I only see up to about 19 lbs on this, curious what everyone else sees. (AKA, Boost is somewhere around 5 lbs)
MPG
MPH
RPM
TPS (Note, in cruise control the pedal stays up so the sensor reads 0)
Volts
GPH (Best not to look at this one! )
HP
EBP
TFT (Shows the actual temp and not what the dash needle says)
Baro (I think Boost is calculated using baro and map)
Glow Plug % (I thought they were just on or off but this number does change and goes to 0 after a minute or so)


Ones I know do not work.
Fuel Pressure (Not sure about the one labeled "Fuel Pressure (if no FPR)"

I just programmed the TFT using the codes from xgauge and I tried the 6.0 codes also, neither of them worked. I also tried EOT and it doesn't work either. No info appears, except for my value name.

Does this thing not pick up either of these for 2000 7.3s??

Boost is VERY flaky at best , at least in my experience. I set it up according to the way it said and see max of 13.5psi. Also while I'm just cruising I'll sometimes see 2psi (light on the throttle and barely enough to make .1 psi LOL) and also will see 2psi of boost sitting at IDLE. STRANGE :-_)

Anyone else experiencing similar type scenario?

Got my trans temp and engine oil temp working..
I'm averaging 150's for trans temp and 170-180 oily temp and the outside ambient temp is in the 80's... what is everyone getting via scangauge?

Trans seems good


Oil is too low... supposed to be 190-198 when empty and warmed up...
What is your coolant temp? The scangauge shows it as "ftp" or something like that..

I know it starts with the letter "f"
