Maintenance

Hi, I am a new owner of a 99 F250 supercrew 4x4 w/ manual transmission. It was well kept, but has nearly 300k miles. I was wondering what kinda of maintenance is required for this truck?
Also, what are the best fluids and additives used to keep this bad boy running great? Any other suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Oil every 3500-5000 miles, fuel filter every 15k, tranny and trans case every 30k and I think diffs are 50k but I don't remember.

I take really good care of my 7.3 i do a fully synthetic rotella t6 every 4,000 miles. And I do a fuel filter change every oil change. Drain the tranny every 20,000. Rear diff every 40k and the front when ever its not used as much. Air filter( 6637) once a year. Coolant every 30k. I only drive it about 2 times a week about 500 miles a month that's y I do take care of it do good if I was driving 5,000 miles every month like some are I probably couldn't afford to do maintenance like that.

I did my last oil change in early October and I still have 1,500 miles to go untill I hit 4,000 lol

As stated above - I change oil every 5k with Rotella T6 and fuel filters at 15k.

Also, as far as additives, I use Optilube XPD fuel improver to improve fuel quality (increase cetane) and hopefully prolong injector life

Personally, I would change every fluid in the truck (oil, trans, x-case, gear oil, coolant, brake fluid, power steering etc). Maybe do a buzz test and compression test if you have access to the equipment just to see how she is doing.

As far as fluids and intervals, this is what I do:

Oil: Summer whatever brand name (delo, rotella, delvac) 15w40 is on sale at the time, winter Rotella T5 10w-30...change every 6-7.5k
Trans: Napa Dex/Merc w/ lubegard cooler line flush at 30k (about once a year for me) - not really helpful for you since you have a ZF6
Power steering: Return line flush once a year using Dex/Merc
Coolant: Zerex G-05 w/ SCA check every other oil change (most people run ELC (coolants meeting Cat EC-1, Cummins 14603 or Navistar B-1))
X-case: Dex/Merc once a year
Front Diff: Mobil 1 75w-90 50k
Rear Diff: Redline 75w140 50k
Filters:
Oil: ELF7405 (FL1995 is a good option too)
Fuel: Donaldson P550437
Air: PA2818 w/ cover

Just keep the oil clean, fuel clean, and air filter clean and the engine will run forever
