It's safe to say you don't have any leaks or turbo issues, plug that hose back in with the edge on level 2 and see what boost #s you get. The adjustment I'm not sure if it's clockwise or counterclockwise on the rod.

To me, it still sounds like your level 1 was close to stock, if not stock since going up to level 2 nets you almost +10PSI more boost with the wastegate out of the equation.

Make sure your level 1 on your edge actually supposed to be power adder, and not just a trans tune or something along those lines.

So now I have 2 more questions, Would this mean my wastegate is adjusted wrong, and if so what is the proper way to adjust it? and Why wouldn't everyone just disconnect that line and run it like that? What are the downsides? You guys have been a big help, I had almost already resigned myself to a new turbo (Not that a new turbo would have been a bad thing. ) Let me know what you all think.

The red line you disconnected is the pressure line from your waste gate solenoid. It is computer controlled by pressure differential in your intake to open the wastegate to bleed boost pressure. You should be fine as long as you keep the psi 30 and below on the stock turbo.

Well, problem solved (kind of) I guess the edge programmers kind of suck. I installed my DP chip today, with the wastegate hooked up and even on the 80hp tune I get 20+psi of boost and it is WAY faster than the edge, even with the edge on level 3 (100hp Extreme) not to mention it seems like I am getting way better gas mileage, like if it keeps going at the same rate, even with my foot in it i am looking at an extra 50 mi to a tank. So, I guess this thread is closed. Thanks for all the help, I guess I just got ahead of myself and worried for nothing. It's like a whole new truck.
