New 7.3 Owner

Hi, I just got myself a 2001 f250 7.3 4x4 with 180k miles. The previous owner put a 6.5in pro comp lift on it with dual front shocks and back. Everything is well put together and it runs excellent. It didnt come with an owners manual and i want to replace all the fluids. I just want to know all the fluid capacities. Im sure ill have a ton more questions later. Im familiar with diesels from my previous job in the Marines. Thanks in advance for all your help!!
