What does it take to get a Supercab short bed 7.3L into the 14s? 1/4m track.
Just curious what it would take to get there.....
The truck is a 02 Supercab 4x4 shortbed. K&N intake piping with a giant Napa Gold tractor filter. Also has a turbo back 4" exhaust with straight pipe. I have a buddy that has a lifted 6.0L with all the goodies done to it.... buts its a lot heavier than mine but goes mid 14s. Id like to be able to stick with him on a 1/4m run. I do have a friend that owns a shop that does excellent custom Ford diesel dyno tuning.... so I have the tuning portion covered. Thanks in advance. |

Tuning, injectors, tranny, turbo, fuel.

Wow... thats a lot more than I expected. I figured injectors and tuning... I know the trans is kinda fragile but Im assuming by trans you mean a built one with converter. As for turbo... do you mean a whole new unit or internal wheel? Fuel.... new pump?

160/100's, 38r, srp1.1, regulated return, beans tunin, bts trans. You have pmr's though, its a gamble.
