AIC Module

Im considering the stock aic module vs the diy aic or a programmed 6 pos chip. I would love to get a chip but 400 isn't really in the budget right now. So I have a couple different questions.

Does anyone know of somewhere reputable to get the stock module other than ebay?

I also have a question about custom tunes. If the module doesnt work out I would like to get a 6 pos chip down the road. I know theres several different tunes you can choose: tow, high idle, economy ect. But I have been looking around trying to find a place that I can customize what rpm for the high idle runs at...I would like it to be around 900-1000rpm. But everywhere ive been looking: beans diesel ect I havent seen anything about custom tunes in that manner.

Anyone seen anything like that ?

Hopefully I can find a module somewhere though for now. From what I understand the stock module that comes in some trucks allow you to high idle on demand at certain rpm intervals regardless of temperatures, parking brake ect?

I just ordered my Phoenix chip from PHP today. My first position is 1100rpm high idle.

The tuner can write a high idle tune for whatever RPM you want.
The AIC will idle up depending on what you want. Temps, voltage, or whatever speed you want.

Thats not a bad price 295 with the tunes burned right? Let me know how it works out for you this may be a good option for me

yeah thats the one i was talking about....so say its 80 degrees out not cold at all i want to High idle so i turn it on and its good to go ? I just want to make sure It doesnt have to be below a certain temp ect before i do all the work

Man for the price of these modules im seeing on ebay, im almost thinking the phoenix 6pos is a better deal.....

Sometimes there's used ones that pop up here for $100 or so.
But unless you want the ability to change the idle or the other options, a tune is fine.
