how much would you pay?

what would be a good price on a diesel 1999 F250 single cab lwb xl manual 4x4 with 256000 miles on it body wise it is in great cond i havent had a chance to go look at it yet but by the pictures it looks like a decent truck.

I just gave $7900 for a 2003 F-250 XLT FX4 with the 7.3, 4X4, auto with 232000 miles and this one was at a Jeep dealership. I believe $5000 would be tops.
