Exclamation IPR Valve and IPC Sensor replacement help

I have an 02 7.3, one day got a real bad lope, very sluggish, and extreamly hard starts in winter. brought it to a dealership to get it diagnosed and they said i needed a new ICP and IPR. Oil is seeping through to my wire connector on my ICP. Ordered both already and have received them. My question is, how do i get those off to replace them? Do I need to replace the HPOP oil when it drains out or will it just be replenished by the motor oil?

IIRC, there is a special socket for removing both without damage. As far as the oil goes, just change it and you'll be fine.
