01 7.3 No Start Codes 1293 & 1294

After i changed my oil i have a no start situation i posted about here 01 7.3 Wont Start After Oil Change & HPOP is full Anyhow i borrowed a scanner and it is getting codes 1271 1272 1273 1274 1275 1276 1277 1278 as well as codes 1293 and 1294. I am led to believe that this may be valve cover harness related? However i am finding it hard to believe since it ran just fine before the oil was changed. I could maybe see one bank going bad but both at once? I need to get this thing going by tomorrow as i have someone coming to buy it. Any ideas or input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Go check the uvch? If that's the codes, and you need it tmrw, go make sure they're all good.
