Real time electrical help

I have a slow drain in my electrical system and after pulling fuses one at a time, now my accelerator does not work and none of the gauges work. I have double and triple checked that fuses are good and in the correct position. Cannot find a circuit that controls both the TPS and the gauges. Truck starts and runs fine, but won't get off idle, however the idle does kick up to prevent the wet stacking, so the computer can evidently operate the throttle.
Any ideas????

find a wiring diagram and see what all is on a common circuit with the gauge cluster/app sensor/etc

Sounds like another Fuse #45 (or #19 in your case maybe) problem....
