Tank coating
Has anyone had the lamination that's inside their fuel tank come apart and stop it up? Why would you even put a laminated surface on a plastic tank to start with? Anyway it's a $350.00 fix a teh ford dealership!

I thought the tank was just plastic all the way through. Are you sure someone didn't try to repair it at some point and that repair has failed?

It's actually the liner delaminating, Ford stopped doing it and only affected certain years.(I wish the OP had included his truck info.....)
