Need some Help with A research paper

Okay everyone, im currently in my last semester for mechanical engineering and im having to do a research paper for my finite element analysis class over a topic im interested in, so i figured why not do it over the differences in PMR and forged rods.
What im in need of is so pictures of the PMR rods where they have broke if anyone has any, and if anyone has any kind of strength analysis of the rods that would be great.
thanks everyone

Yours wont be the first one. I have a copy of a 500+ page thesis report for a masters degree in mechanical engineering on the same subject

Makes for good bed time reading. Good luck with it though!

Oh and.....................................

That's a good topic. I'll be taking FEA this summer or next fall, then I'm out and I can't wait to be done. I can't help with the pics and I hope I never have a pic of a broken PMR haha
