I found a

2001 FORD F-350SD 4X4 DIESEL for sale with 84 thousand on it. They are listing it for 17,995. It is a extendend cab short bed it says it has a lift with air suspension and a 1 owner. I did not go look at it yet or test drive but i was just wondering what you guys this of the price it looks good in the pic.. I would be trading a 04 subaru wrx on it and my 95 dodge ram 2500 gasser. should i do it ?

I think the price is a bit steep. Would have thought low to mid teens at the most.

Check what the ball park $$ would be on that truck. I agree 18K seems a bit high to me. Could be wrong.

it kbb for 18 so it right on with kbb. but i guess i need to go check it out. im a little worried about the air suspension

I think its a good price. Trucks around here with double the mileage are going for 13-15.

That's low mileage, which is hard to find... being a 7.3, they can ask what they want for it, and someone will give it sooner or later... even higher mileage trucks are going for bigger $, I thought I got a good deal when I paid $10k for our Ex last fall... if you ignore the odo sitting at 243K at the time (over 251K now) it looked like a 84K mile truck, no wear marks on the leather seats, no rust southern truck...

If the truck is clean, quality lift and airbags, no rust, it's gonna sell for what they are asking. You can't buy a factory lower mileage 7.3 any other way... The question is are they gonna sell it to you? Not saying to not haggle over the price, it's human nature to do so... but don't be surprised if they won't haggle!

Hard to find any extended cab or crew cab 7.3 4x4 with under 100k for less than 20k down here in South FL.

took it for a test drive today awesome truck no rust on the body at all runs great from what i understand about diesels . The truck is solid how ever i dont like the tires on it a bit loud but with the lift it has i would think is 6 in and the air ride works. hoping to sell my wrx soon so i can go buy it.
