The price is not high. It may not be a quick sale price but it is not a high price. comparable trucks go for the same. Mileage really doesn't depreciate the price of a diesel much at all.

I am thinking that price is high, here is a dealer near my work that I drive by and look at trucks
Valiant Autos
even adding $1000 for shipping it is still a lot cheaper. I would look longer and try edmunds.com or kbb.com for a better price guide.

Seems a bit high with the mileage. I paid 19,500 with 73 thousand miles on mine. I think you can find a better deal, or at least less miles for the same price range.

a little history for whatever it is worth....

the owner is a friend of a friend, he is 2nd owner, bought about 30 mo ago with 25K on the ODO, he lives appox 1.25 hours from his biz, the truck is a daily driver...back and forth...very minimal towing...mostly all highway miles home 2 work...

The price seems a little high to me. I got my 99 with 176000 miles for 13,500. I'm the third owner the first was the Texas highway Depatment. They put 150000++ miles on the truck, the second owner only 25,000 miles By the way its white CC LB 4x4.

I only gave $9500 for mine, '00 PSD/auto, 143K. Cloth int, ext cab, no bed, chassis/cab truck... southern truck, no rust, very clean, minor ding/dents, nothing major... runs great, put about 5K on it since I got it. Possible tranny issues in the past few weeks.
I have little to compair to, but the price seems high to me... granted, it's "friend's truck, etc" but is it worth the extra cash?
Good luck...

For an 02 Lariat 4x4 its an OK price with 200k. 18mo ago I paid 16k for a 00 XLT w/120k 4x4 LB. Alot depends if the tranny has ever been replaced, if not, it will prob be needed soon. I would keep shopping around but I would take at $1500 off the price or more if its the orig tranny. IMO
