Traction bars

I looked around a little on the pulling websites and cant seem to find any threads about how to make traction bars. Id like to make my own because the ones you can buy are outrageously priced and I know I can do the welding myself if I can just have some ideas.

If I could get some of you guys to post some pics of your current set ups I would be in your debt.

Subscribed. I've looked into this myself, but the end links are expensive!

A lot cheaper than the ready-built bars.

Thats what I was looking for.

And yeah I have the education of growing up on a farm and around big rigs all of my life. Basically a mechanical engineer.
