ZF-6 with Captain's chairs and center console?

I've had two manual transmission SD's and I miss shifting myself. I found a ZF-6 that I could swap in, but will it work with the Captain's chairs and center console in my 2003 (7.3) Lariat?

Mine is a lariat with leather buckets and a giant center console with manual trans and transfer case. No interference.

Only interference I have is with L and R and my right leg.

I cant wait! Not too concerned about speed, just as long as it pulls the boat and sleds better haha. I have everything to do it just dont know about the condition of the trans. One guy said its fine but another said the syncros are gone... (Old logging crummy) but oh well. Going to be the perfect truck for me afterwards. NOTHING else to worry about!
