adding power windows / power locks to an XL

Hey guys, just wanted to see if any of you could push me in the right direction on installing power windows and locks in to my 02' F250 XL . I've been looking for past threads about it and have seen people say its not hard but I cant find any more then that. So if you could either send the link to me or give me any info you might have on it, it would be much appreciated. I mainly need the parts list I would need to pull it all off. Maybe some guidance in the install if anyone has any.

U need 4 door lock actuators or a 4dr kit. Switches to control them also help. Window kits I think only come two windows so u need two kits. A switch kit with the 7 switches also. That should come with a pod if not, get one. They have a heavier duty kit, which i would suggest u get. Spahl makes the window kits. We used kits that when u lock or unlock the front doors, it would do all the doors. I prefer must a switch cause i don't wanna unlock all the doors all the time. Might as well throw in an alarm or keyless entry in at the same time. Install is straight forward bit u will have a lot of wires to pass thru the door harness. Especially the drivers door. if u r in north Carolina, I can help u put it all in.
