Exhaust and Cold air intake.

Looking toward a 4'' straight exhaust (MDRP) and a S&B cold air intake. Putting this on my 2002 F-250. Any suggestions as exhaust manufacturers, cold air intakes as well. Best bang for my buck!
Any input will be appreciated!

Best bang for buck would be a DIY intake. I use the Baldwin PA2818 filter. The 'original' was the Donaldson filter version. Napa filter is 6637.
For exhaust, unless you want sound or big power later on, I'd just either replace the muffler with a Walker Big Truck Muffler, or any straight flow muffler, or just straight pipe it.

I put on a MBRP 4" exhaust w/ muffler on my truck in an afternoon and put a Ford AIS intake in about an hour the day before the exhaust. Last weekend, I ran it on the Dyno at PHP and pulled 242hp and 504ft-lbs on an otherwise stock engine with the factory tune (no chip or programmer) and 195000 miles on the odometer. I'm the original owner and know nothing else has been done other than a new transmission, one UVCH replaced and a stock repacement IDM.

I got the exhaust for $438 from Performance Truck Parts (T-409 stainless 4" w/ 5" T-304 tip turbo back). The intake from Rockauto.com for $190.

I'm very happy with the results.
