what to look for when purchasing a 7.3

looking at purchasing a 2000 7.3 with 200k miles was wondering some things i should look for??

Rust on the oil pan, will rot right through. Gotta pull the engine to change the pan.

ball joints and steering box are wear items. Also check the air filter box, they crack, don't seal, check the turbo fins for signs of wear or play. also the items already mentioned, if it's an auto the trans will get weak before the engine (usually).
