Need help with knowing what part this is

hey guys, first id like to say thanks for everyone on this site who contributes, ive learned so much. Anyway i went on my honeymoon last week and got back to find that squirrels had made a home in the engine bay of my truck. they chewed a few wires and what looks like two vacum hoeses. I took a picture if someone could please tell me what this part is i greatly appreciate it.



I need to replace that entire black piece seeing as how they chewed one of the nipples of it. Also have to replace that green conncector, just dont have a clue what it is.

I also have more pics if needed. It is located right in the middle of the up pipes prior to the turbo.
