2001 injector buzz test

i have a 2001 7.3 diesel and was wondering if anyone knows how to do a buzz test on the injectors to see if the are working correctly. i know you can do the buzz test on the 7.3 444t from international with the computer program but i do not have the program for the ford. any help would be great thanks Vinnie

it only starts when the block heater has been plugged in for a hour or so. when it does start it runs really poorly till it warms up then it runs like a champ till the next morning. when it start it sound like it is missing real bad. the only code i get is glow plug #1 not working. tested all glow plugs for resistance and #1 is the only bad plug all others test fine.
