06 front end conversion grille Q

I just bought my 2000 f250 about a month or so ago and im looking into purchasing a billet RBP grille. My truck is a 2000 but the owner before me installed an 06 front end conversion. I know this is a stupid question, but would i order a grill for a year 2000 or year 2006 f250?

You should get the newer style grille if that is whats already installed. Otherwise it won't fit / look right with a 200 grill insert.

Yeah but they are modified to fit our trucks so the grill should still be a 2000 unless I'm dumb.
