Need A Straight Answer Guys about intercooler

I been using the search button like crazy for an hour now. Is there any mods that needs to be made to this 99-02 Ford F250 F350 7.3 Turbo Intake Spyder X-Pipe OEM | eBay fit my truck. I mean it looks like there is wires coming off the back of this thing where do they go? I'm not stupid if it was just mounting it and plumbing it in like all the other post show I would done have the the thing on. I want to know how to hook up the spyder and if this is even the right one.
