Close, but I think it's off a few inches... would take a custom cut bed, body work, frame mounts might need moved/added... grab a tape measure, find a friendly person in the parking lot on a nice day, chat them up while parked next to them, and start compairing trucks side by side... take some cardboard to lay on if you don't want to get dirty, and crawl under the truck to check cab mounts and cross members and such...
