Intermittent rough idle

Sometimes my e99 gets a rough idle. It seems like only after the truck is warmed up. It runs and idles fine when cold. Otherwise it runs great, has good power and good fuel mileage. Any ideas where to start looking? The truck is all stock with 192000 miles. I have only had it a month and did all the fluid changes when i first got it. Thanks for any help.

Did you figure this out? I'm having the same slightly rough idle sometimes after its warmed up. Otherwise things seem to be fine.

Yes, my friend replaced the icp sensor and did nothing so then he put in a ipr valve or sensor..... not sure what its correct name is but it worked......... smooth as can be....... coming up on 200k miles probably next week.
