I need advice!!!!

I am about to do an injector job and want some advice on what I should do. 1. What injectors do I get stage and brand? I was considering going to stage 1's but some say it's not that big of a difference. I am going to be using the truck to pull a 36' flatbed loaded with hay and cow trailer. I am also considering the garret 38r turbo if it's worth it. Just wanna know what else I need. Intercooler, performance intake, up-pipes, ect........ Please help really need to make a decision.
