Newer Factory Ford 20's on a 99?
Will the 2008 or 2011 factory 20" rims work on a 1999? I read somewhere a while ago that the offset changed and they will rub the leafs, does anyone know about this.

My dad has some wheels like that and he has some thin spacers on the front and they work fine but yes they will rub the leafs if you don't have spacer from my experience with them!!! Hope that helps

our Excursion had newer style 18" wheels on it when we got it, with the stock tires, they cleared, but I put the factory ones back on it, as they were the right ones, and proper offset... not to mention, 16" tires were much more affordable than 18's, and I didn't like the looks of them anyway. I tryed to get newer ones to fit my red truck, and they rubbed, but the tires were close to 35's... I'd guess spacers will be needed.
