Steering wheel locked?

So I was fixing the slop in my shifter and had the odometer out, so when I was finished and put everything back together. I went to back my truck out of the shop and went to turn my wheel and it turns about a 1/4 of a rotation each way and locks. If I jerk it really hard I can turn the wheel but it continues to lock about every 1/4 or so rotation.
Any ideas how to fix this?
