Lift kit help

What do i need to do to make a 99-03 lift kit work for my E99? i heard only had to make the holes bigger is that correct?

Front U bolts are different and you use smaller bolts for the track bar..

So i just need to get new u bolts and smaller bolts for the track bar that correct? All I need to do? Thanks
