Rough Idle & Hesitations

I have a 2000 7.3L with 108k and am expierencing rough idling and hesitations when I start to accelerate. If the truck sits for about 30 seconds idling, it will blow a puff of blue smoke out of the exhaust upon acceleration. I have the ScanXL software and it is reading no faults on ANYTHING. You can hear the difference in the exhaust when it is idling rough, along with shaking of the truck side to side.

I am not all that mechanically inclined, but could this be an injector issue? I have pulled the fuel filter out and it's still as clean as it was when I put it in 2 months ago. I really hate to give the Ford Stealer $100 to diagnose it if I can get it for free on the forum, lol...

Any ideas on where to start??
