Brand New Guy. Ready to buy but have questions

Folks, I am brand new here. I have have been looking for a 7.3 to be used as a tow vehicle. I was hoping I could get some advice. I have an appointment to look at this truck over the weekend. Here is the ad.
Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Ask for maintenance records if they have them. That will give you an idea how well it has been maintained.
Check for oil / fuel leaks.
The interior looks a bit worn, but it could just be the pics. Looks pretty clean on the outside.

Dual alternators. That's nice.
Doesn't look bad, but maybe a tad high on price for 175k.

The owner said they have all the maintenance records. My intent, if the truck is in good shape, is to offer 10k cash at most. The interior is not such a huge deal to me as long as the truck is mechanically sound. But it may be another negotiating point to come down in price a bit.

I can't say enough about the info I've already found on here. Thanks.
