Quick Gauge Help
I finally got around to wiring up my gauges and the only thing I am having trouble figuring out is what I do with the 2 wires that run off of my transmission sensor. There are 2 orange wires that i ran through the fire wall but I am not sure where they go
![]() ![]() Also, I tried to do a search but was unable to find it. What are the proper operating temperatures of the EGT and Transmission? Thanks for the help guys!! |

Does the back of your guage have two screw terminals opposite each other, and not the long silver ones that are used for mounting in something other than a guage pod? Those wires I am guessing have a ring terminal on them and each of the two slide onto its own screw terminal. I cant remember if it matters which one goes on which side. Does you still have your installation sheet that can explain which goes where?

On mine, one was a signal and the other just a ground. Not sure about them if they are both orange. What brand are they?
As for temps...... here ya go. Optimal running temps, boost, Pyro,Trans readings.. anything readings... |

Oh. I have autometers so ours would not look the same. Have you tried searching google for installation instructions. You would be surprised what is available out there. Good luck.
