No u cannot re use the clips as they mount different. The bottom screws are the same but run to the hardware store and get some M8 body bolts and u clips for them to use on the top. U will need 4, 2 for each light. Oh yeah, the holes are already there on the header panel, just no hardware since yours mount different using the clips.

If you have the 99-04, get ready for a lot trimming with the header panel. I used an angle grinder and dremel for the hard to reach areas. Also if you have that year you will need the 9006 to H13 pigtails, which most places sell you the conversion harness together. As for the top bolts, I just did the same thing as Belz. Go to Menards, they had soooo much more of a selection then other hardware stores. Just trying to save you the time of looking around lol

All of the auto store chains have them on their shelves out front. I don't remember if they are $1.99 or $2.99 for 6 of them at O'Rielly's. They call them "body speed nuts" and the part number is 457010. Ask the counter person for help.
I just installed non-harley, 2005 headlights into my 2000 F250. Since my truck had been in a parking lot fender bender one of the bumper mounting pads was pushed back 1/4", just enough to make it a PITA to install the headlights. I ended up taking off the grill and bumper. Worth all the effort, the truck looks great. |

I've done this mod to 2 of my trucks, and I think it's easy. I also recomend the GOS Racing relay harness for the headlights, it provides the newer style plug ends for the bulbs, and makes the new bulbs work better by getting them power directly from the battery, and takes the added strain off the headlight switch. As an electrician, I think it's well worth it... Hope to do the excursion next!
