How much would you pay for this truck?

2000 Ford F-350 SRW Powerstroke Diesel 7.3L 105k 4x4 Black

I have looked around my area and can't find any trucks with this many miles they all have much higher miles. What do you think its worth?

It looks good and seems fine.
Only thing is make sure it doesn't have a K&N intake and that the turbo blades look good as well as the shaft. Cause some people don't know how to do intakes right.

Buy it, drive it for 5 years, sell it for the same price.

That price seems fair if the truck is as nice as it looks. I would still try to talk him down $2k first.

Looks like a decent truck and a nice price to be honest with ya. Although what makes it less valuable (to me and maybe other as well) is the ext cab and long box are a less desirable configuration.
